Returns and Shipping policy
Free Shipping on orders over $150.00
Returns:
Refer to the return policy below to ensure that your return meets all of the criteria.
1) We accept returns for store credit only on most products postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be sent back to us in its new and original condition with tags and must be free of makeup, stains, pet hair, odors and fragrances.
- Items must not have been used, worn, or altered and contain ALL tags and/or stickers. Any return received not in its original condition will be refused and returned to you with a return shipping fee.
- Original shipping fees and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please email support@darlingfaven.com
2) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please note the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return item(s) for store credit.
- A store credit will be provided upon receipt of the item(s) and will only be for the cost of the item and does not include shipping.
- Customers are responsible for retaining their tracking information associated with their returned package(s) when inquiring about the status of their return(s).
- Any return package postmarked after the 14 days will be returned to you at the customer's expense.
3) Sale items and Final Sale items cannot be returned, cannot be exchanged, are nonrefundable, and are final sale. Below is a list of final sale items:
- Accessories (belts or jewelry)
- Intimate apparel, Swimwear
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items that are on sale
- Items marked as final sale
- Shipping insurance
4) Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders as they go into processing once we receive the order confirmation.
5) Refused or undeliverable orders:
- If you refuse a confirmed order, you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
- Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require reshipment and will be subject to a reshipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will charged for the original shipping fee.
6) Once your return package is received, please allow up to five days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return and your store credit.
Shipping:
1) Free Shipping on orders over $150.00.
2) Shipping rates are $8.99 at checkout. Order processing times are currently 2-5 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-7 days after processing to receive your order. Currently, we are shipping in the US only.
- The customer is responsible for providing their accurate and full shipping address. We are not responsible for any orders that were shipped to an incorrect or incomplete provided address and will not issue any replacements or refunds.
3) Darling Faven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-
275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
4) Darling Faven is not responsible for:
- Delays with shipping due to an error with the post office.
- Packages that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service, UPS, or shipping supplier will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address, entered by the customer at checkout.
